The Family Health Centers located in Bellaire and East Jordan combine federal assistance, patient fees, community resources and your support to offer quality, affordable medical services.
Need Help After Hours?
When you are ill and our offices are closed, call Corewell Health at 616-391-9932.*
A registered nurse will assist you with your questions or concerns and contact the provider on call if necessary.
*Corewell Health cannot answer billing questions or refill prescriptions
Please Advise:
- Masks are required for all patients and visitors with upper respiratory symptoms, even with a negative COVID test.
- The Bellaire and East Jordan Family Health Centers see patients by appointment only. Walk-ins are NOT accepted.
- Our health center is a Fragrance-Free Space to protect patients with sensitivities. Please avoid wearing perfumes, scented lotions, and other fragrances.
