Our Behavioral Health Counseling staff are here to support you every step of the way.
Big News for Behavioral Health Patients!
We’re excited to announce some updates to our Behavioral Health program designed to make getting the care you need easier and more integrated!
What’s changing?
- Integrated care: Your counselor will now team up with your primary care provider to create a personalized treatment plan that considers your overall health. Think of it as one-stop shopping for your mental and physical well-being!
- Shorter, more frequent visits: We’re ditching the long, once-a-week therapy sessions. Now, you’ll have briefer, more focused check-ins that conveniently coincide with your regular medical appointments.
- Group therapy options: Want to connect with others facing similar challenges? We’ll be offering group sessions on skills development and substance use, giving you a supportive space to learn and grow.
What about current therapy patients?
Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about you! If you’re currently in traditional therapy, you’ll receive 12 visits before transitioning smoothly into our integrated program. The transition will be seamless, and you’ll be in good hands with our behavioral health team every step of the way.

We know seeking help can be tough. That’s why we’re providing you with helpful resources like the new 988 crisis hotline, and Psychology Today’s extensive therapist directory. Check with your insurance carrier for additional counselors for more ongoing care.

COVID-19 Mental Health Resources
If you’re feeling emotional distress due to the COVID-19 pandemic, help is available. There are many ways to connect with emotional-support services without the need to leave home.

The Lifeline and 988
988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. While some areas may be currently able to connect to the Lifeline by dialing 988, this dialing code will be available to everyone across the United States starting on July 16, 2022.
When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.
