At Bellaire and East Jordan Family Health Center, we’ve been serving the families of Antrim and Charlevoix Counties since 1976. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we offer comprehensive, team-based care including primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy, lab, 3D mammography, x-ray, and more – all under one roof.

Position: Family Medicine Physician
Location: East Jordan, MI (Northern Michigan, near Lake Charlevoix and the Jordan River)
Schedule: Full-time
Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM (rotating coverage)
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.

Develop individualized care plans, perform physical exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, and coordinate specialty referrals.

Collaborate with a care team including nurses, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, and care managers.

Utilize electronic medical records (NextGen).

Participate in quality improvement, care coordination, and student teaching/mentoring.

Contribute to the community health mission of our nonprofit, patient-focused center.
Qualifications

MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine (or board eligible).

Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Michigan.

Passion for rural health and improving access to care.

Experience in community health, FQHCs, or integrated care preferred.
