To help protect our patients and staff from illness, we ask that patients and visitors with respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, or sore throat, please contact our office at least two hours prior to your appointment. Masks are required for all patients and visitors with upper respiratory symptoms, even with a negative COVID test.

Individuals with a positive COVID test in the past 10 days will need to discuss further appointment options with our team. These options may include rescheduling or converting an existing appointment to a virtual visit.
