The Health Centers will be rescheduling routine visits until there is a better understanding of the virus’s spread and impact on our community.

Please be assured that medications are being promptly refilled and telephone visits may be available when appropriate in the future. Stay tuned. But please call the Health center before scheduling a telephone visit.

Prevention is KEY and Bellaire and East Jordan Family Health Center is working to limit the spread of illness through:

  • Continuous, thorough cleaning and sanitizing of exam rooms, lobbies and frequently touched surfaces at all facilities.
  • Having masks available for the appropriate patient and/or visitor, hand sanitizer and tissues available.
  • Easy to read patient information posted on our website and on location during and after visits.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:
Everyone can help prevent the spread of coronavirus and other infectious diseases by practicing everyday prevention measures like frequent hand washing for at least 20 seconds, staying home when sick and covering coughs and sneezes with the crock of the elbow, and not touching the eyes, mouth or the nose.
