2006 – Fern Morris (Founding EJFHC Board Member)

2006 – Senator Jason Allen (helping with tax break law for FQHC’s)

2007 – George & Joyce Nelson (EJFHC was named in their will – approximately $50,000 of their estate was given to the Health Center)

2008 – Friends of the Jordan River Watershed (for their efforts to conserve and protect the environmental quality of the area’s natural resources)

2009 – Joseph Schodde (Charlevoix Area Hospital-for successful project leadership in implementing digital radiology in NW Lower Michigan)

2010 – Susan Morris (Event coordinator for the Pink Ribbon Ride)

2010 – Antrim County High Tea for Breast Cancer Prevention (providing education, outreach and assisting cancer patients with passion and compassion)

2011 – Bernard Hammond (Founding HC Board Member)

2012 – Tom Curtin, M.D. (Previous EJFHC Physician, Medical Director and then Board Member also former Medical Director for our National Association of Community Health Centers NACHC

2013 – Dr. Wilmer Glenny, DO  (Retired Antrim County Physician – since 1955)

2014 – Skip Osborne (Regional Manager for Detroit Bio-Medical Laboratories DBML)

2015 – Bluestem Farm (In recognition & appreciation for practicing sustainable community based organic farming & providing family activities and education which promote healthy lifestyles

2016 – Mitch Carey, M.D. (Retired EJFHC and Charlevoix Area Hospital Physician)

2016 – Peggy Beck (EJFHC Board Member for more than two decades of dedicated service, innovative leadership and commitment to our mission.

2017 – Jordan Valley EMS & Volunteers ( dedication to improving & preserving community health & commitment to providing compassionate round-the clock lifesaving emergency services.

2017 – Good Samaritan ( recognition for their service to those in need and enriching the lives of families in Antrim & Charlevoix Counties with positive well-being and mission driven blessings.
