Dear East Jordan and Bellaire Family Health Center Families,
We are aware that many of you might have questions and concerns regarding the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and how it might impact our communities. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are working with the CDC and Health Department in our area to keep us updated of critical information as it becomes available.
At this time, the East Jordan Family Health Center has a strong line of communication with the Health Department of Northwest Michigan and the CDC providing timely and factual data on the precautions and procedures regarding the COVID-19. We urge you to contact the Health Department if you have any further questions about the coronavirus, preventative measures or other specific questions.

A flyer from the CDC is attached which outlines interim guidance based on what is currently known about the coronavirus disease. It is important that the factual information provided by officials at the Health Department of Northwest Michigan remains the top source for accurate and timely information. We will continue to work closely with them to keep our families informed.
