I just want you to know how much of a blessing your clinic is and that you not only care for my medical needs but you care about me. I want you all to be safe and … will be praying for your protection. You’ve always been kind, considerate, respectful, even at times when I have not. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate you and that you have one of the finest facilities. So thank you so much. It takes a lot of integrity and strength to stand up and to say that someone in the office is sick because certainly it would be [easier] to cover up but that’s something that you wouldn’t do because of who you are. You take care of me from the minute I walk in to the minute I walk out, and even after that, just making all of my extra appointments, taking care of my Medicare needs, I could go on and on and on, but I just wanted you to know how much you are cared about and that you are part of my family. “
