RN – Director of Clinical Programs

The RN clinical programs director acts as a clinical team leader and supports the consistent and efficient delivery of multidisciplinary patient care in a FQHC primary care setting. Responsible for the Vaccines for Children program, coordinates the Health Center’s NCQA PCMH program, maintains a regular presence on the clinical floor to provide mentoring and hands-on training for non-provider clinical staff. Maintains effective lines of communication between and among multidisciplinary team members, providing proactive and effective team building and problem-solving. Responsible for development, implementation, and ongoing administration of clinical staff competency and skills development programs. Supervises Team RNs and MA team leads.
