Administrative CoordinatorThe Administrative Coordinator provides direct support to the Chief Executive Officer, Medical Director, and members of the leadership team. This key position ensures smooth daily operations of the administrative office by coordinating schedules, meetings, and projects while managing credentialing processes and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel for the CEO, Medical Director, and Board of Directors.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions.
- Support credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging for medical providers.
- Maintain accurate databases for licensure, certifications, and training.
- Track compliance records (CLIA, BLS, ACLS, peer reviews).
- Manage correspondence, mail, supplies, and administrative processes.
- Assist with projects, grants, and corporate file management.
- Support internal communications and special events.
- Uphold all HIPAA and compliance standards and follow security protocols for IT systems and data.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
