Behavioral Health Counselor
As a member of our Health Center’s clinical team, the integrated behavioral health counselor will participate in primary care office visits for patients experiencing chronic disease, depression, anxiety, pain and substance abuse diagnoses.
Specific job responsibilities will include SBIRT follow up, patient education on healthy coping mechanisms, formulation of treatment plans, crisis intervention, and family/parent education on adolescent mental health issues. Each day, the counselor will work within a team made up of medical providers, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health counselors and clinical pharmacists.

Salary: From $55,000.00 per year
