Our health center is working to obtain COVID-19 vaccine for our patients and will announce our process in the coming days. Please note, we do not have a time frame for receiving vaccines for our patients. We will announce it on our website and social media once we have a process in place.

Seniors ages 65+ can also call 231-715-5557 (Michigan 211) for more information regarding vaccine scheduling. Please be patient as they are experiencing overwhelming inquires.
